The protagonists were Oriol Castro, owner of a Michelin star and chef of the Bulli for over 18 years, who currently co-owns the restaurant Disfrutar; Xavier Franco, chef and founding partner of the Saüc restaurant, 1 Michelin star; Oscar Piedra, chef of the Ospi restaurant; Jordi Pujol, Spanish champion pastry chef and the sixth best artisan baker in the world, and Oscar Teixidó, chef of the CETT school.
